Our molded rubber parts for a wide range of applications are all produced in precision metal molds. As a raw material, rubber is used e.g. SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR - production of silicone and FKM / Viton® or sponge rubber is also possible.
The molded parts are manufactured using the compression molding process (CM) in Shore hardnesses from 40 ° Shore to 90 ° Shore. The production takes place on modern presses Polystat 300 S and 400 S.

The further and final processing of the products takes place in our company by cutting, punching or milling.

Prototypes are important milestones in the development of new products and the basis and often the prerequisite for a production-ready product.
